1. Eligibility for Return

You may return items if they are:

• Unopened and unused

• In original packaging

• Returned within 14 days of delivery
  Custom alloy wires or large volume orders are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Unwanted Items

• Contact us first for return approval

• Return shipping is at your expense

• Once inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or offer store credit

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

• Report issues within 48 hours of delivery

• Include clear photos showing the defect or issue

• For confirmed cases we will cover either replacement or return shipping and a refund.

• For items where the damage or its cause are unable to be determined from photographs we may arrange and pay for return shipping for our further review.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.
To cancel, please email or call us immediately. Approved cancellations will be refunded within 14 days.

5. Late Returns

Returns after 30 days may incur a 30% restocking fee.
